Senior Collections Specialist

A supervisor in the Debt Collection Sector is responsible for overseeing daily operations with all GOV. & PVT accounts and ensuring work is carried out efficiently. The role focuses on achieving operational goals related to debt recovery, improving team performance, and maintaining high service quality standards.

• Supervise daily operations and monitor clients’ debt aging reports.
• Review collection reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate between departments to enhance efficiency and meet operational targets.
• Support, guide, and motivate staff to achieve high performance.
• Handle complex cases and customer complaints, taking appropriate actions.
• Contribute to the development of operational plans and periodic performance reports.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the debt collection or financial services sector & public relations within MOH, MODA, NGH & NUPCO
• Strong leadership skills & personality with the ability to manage teams and drive results.
• High analytical and decision-making capabilities.
• Proficiency in computer systems and debt collection management software.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
