Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager, Operations Manager

Job Summary

To lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of complex mixed-use development projects on Ajdan Island. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, aligning with Ajdan’s vision and strategic objectives.

• Oversee all phases of project development, including design, procurement, construction, and handover.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation across multiple components (residential, retail, hospitality, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and government authorities to ensure seamless project execution.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations, quality standards, and health & safety requirements.
• Review and approve key project documentation, including RFPs, contracts, drawings, and schedules.
• Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and act as the central point of contact for project-related matters.
• Contribute to the strategic planning and value engineering of projects to optimize delivery and cost‑efficiency.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus).
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing and delivering large‑scale mixed‑use development projects.
• Proven experience working with project management consultancies or real estate developers is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, procurement strategies, and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with local building codes, permitting processes, and regulatory frameworks in Saudi Arabia.
