Leads the central planning function within the EPMO, overseeing integrated planning, scheduling, and performance management across construction and facility management programs to ensure alignment with strategic government objectives.
Main Responsibilities- Lead centralized planning and scheduling strategy across all projects
- Oversee development and consolidation of master program schedules
- Ensure alignment between project timelines, budgets, and strategic priorities
- Establish planning standards, methodologies, and governance frameworks
- Monitor portfolio performance, progress, and milestone achievement
- Identify schedule risks and implement recovery and mitigation plans
- Oversee reporting dashboards and executive performance updates
- Coordinate with project teams, PMOs, and government stakeholders
- Drive continuous improvement in planning and project controls practices
- 8 - 10 years of experience in project planning and controls within construction or infrastructure
- Strong experience in government or large-scale program environments
- Expertise in scheduling tools and portfolio performance management
