Roles & Responsibilities
- Serve as the senior day-to-day lead for key client relationships in KSA.
- Lead, manage and mentor the back-office client servicing team.
- Build strong partnerships with client decision-makers to drive retention and long-term growth.
- Identify and convert organic growth opportunities including upselling, cross-selling, and retainer expansion.
- Maintain full creative, strategic and commercial awareness across accounts, ensuring scopes are accurate and financially sound.
- Oversee the successful development of proposals and participate actively in pitch strategy for prospective clients.
- Coordinate closely with management to improve pitch win rates through strong insight, preparation, and client understanding.
- Ensure seamless onboarding of new clients following successful pitches.
- Translate client needs into clear, strategic briefs for Egypt-based delivery teams.
- Oversee project flow to ensure timelines, quality standards, and client expectations are consistently met.
- Anticipate risks early and resolve issues before they scale.
- Drive operational discipline across documentation, approvals, billing accuracy, and forecasting.
- Support revenue tracking and provide accurate account forecasts to management.
- Strengthen the agency’s positioning by proactively bringing ideas that elevate the client relationship beyond execution.
- Mentor junior servicing team members and help establish a high-performance client servicing culture as the office scales.
- Act as a commercial guardian of the accounts, ensuring revenue growth is matched by healthy profitability.
- 6–8+ years in advertising / integrated agencies
- Proven success managing large, complex accounts
- Strong commercial instinct
- Deep understanding of agency workflows
- Experience working with cross-border teams preferred
- KSA experience is a strong advantage
