Job Title: Senior Director / Director – Licensing & Retail (Commercial)

We are supporting a large-scale national development and globally significant project in Saudi Arabia seeking a Senior Director / Director – Licensing & Retail (Commercial) to lead the monetisation strategy across licensing, retail, and concessions.

This is a senior commercial leadership role focused on designing and delivering the revenue model — not day-to-day retail operations.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Defining the commercial strategy for licensing, retail, and concessions
• Structuring and negotiating licensing agreements, retail partnerships, and revenue-share models
• Owning revenue performance, pricing frameworks, and long-term monetisation strategy
• Developing commercial models aligned to high-footfall, large-scale environments
• Working closely with senior leadership and key public-sector stakeholders
• Supporting build-phase organisational design and commercial governance

What We’re Looking For

• 15+ years’ experience in commercial leadership roles across retail, licensing, consumer products, destination assets, mega-events, or large-scale developments
• Demonstrated P&L ownership and revenue growth delivery
• Strong experience structuring complex commercial agreements
• Exposure to high-volume, multi-stakeholder environments
• Experience with in GCC / Middle East strongly preferred
