Job Description

we work hard to ensure our operations and pauses are unique, as a project manager, you are responsible for supporting various projects within PAUSEAWAY. you will work closely with the construction function, assisting them with project scheduling, coordination, delivering and reporting. are you equipped with the right tools and ready for a unique journey? then you are welcomed.

• participates on the planning phase of the new projects and leads the implementation phase
• facilitates the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
• defines project tasks and resource requirements
• participates in developing the full scale project plans
• assembles and coordinates project staff
• develops and manages project budget charts and procedures
• manages project resource allocation
• plans and schedules project timelines
• tracks project deliverables using appropriate tools
• provides direction and supports to project team
• ensures the project deliverables are achieved with the highest quality assurance
• monitors and reports on progress of the project to all stakeholders
• presents reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
• implements and manages project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
• evaluates and assesses the project results

• relevant experience in a similar position for at least 5 years
• excellent English language, Arabic is a plus
• excellent verbal, writing, and listening skills
• self-motivated and creative problem-solver
• punctual and organized
• not afraid to roll up his sleeves and jump in if needed
