Job Title: Project Manager – Marketing & Events

We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing and event initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple stakeholders — including vendors, agencies, and internal teams — to deliver high‑impact projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standard.

• Manage end-to-end delivery of marketing campaigns and event activations, from planning through execution and post-event reporting.
• Oversee vendor and agency relationships, ensuring clear communication, quality control, and timely delivery of all outputs.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
• Track project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure smooth and efficient execution.
• Support creative and production processes by providing clear briefs, feedback, and ensuring brand consistency.
• Anticipate challenges and proactively propose solutions to keep projects on track.
• Ensure all projects adhere to company standards, compliance requirements, and brand guidelines.

• 4–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within marketing, advertising, or event management

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple vendors, agencies, and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to thrive under tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• A collaborative mindset with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).

• Experience in managing large-scale marketing or sponsorship projects.
• Background in working with financial institutions or corporate clients.
• Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) is a plus.
