The Chief Shared Services Officer (CSSO) is responsible for leading and integrating HR, Supply Chain, and Legal services into a unified, high-performance Shared Services organization that delivers cost efficiency, compliance, and service excellence across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities- Define and implement the Shared Services strategy for HR, Supply Chain, and Legal.
- Establish a single operating model, service catalog, and governance structure across all three functions.
- Lead centralization, outsourcing, and automation initiatives.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, learning, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, Saudization, and HR governance.
- Drive HR digitization (HRIS, self-service, workflows).
- Lead centralized procurement, vendor management, contracts, logistics coordination, and inventory control.
- Drive cost savings through strategic sourcing, consolidation, and negotiation.
- Ensure transparency, auditability, and compliance with procurement policies.
- Oversee corporate legal affairs, contracts, compliance, litigation management, and regulatory filings.
- Ensure risk mitigation, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance across all entities.
- Manage external law firms and legal budgets.
- Own the Shared Services operating budget.
- Deliver measurable cost reductions and efficiency gains across HR, SCM, and Legal.
- Optimize outsourcing, systems, and vendor contracts.
- Drive automation of HR, procurement, and legal workflows.
- Implement contract management systems, e-procurement, and case management platforms.
- Act as the main service delivery partner for all Business Units.
- Establish SLAs, KPIs, and satisfaction metrics.
- Lead change management and service culture.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, Supply Chain, Law, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in HR, Supply Chain, Legal, or Shared Services.
- 7+ years in senior leadership.
- Proven experience building or transforming multi-function shared services.
