This is a full-time, on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Saudi Arabia. The CEO will be responsible for defining and executing the organization’s strategic direction, overseeing financial and operational performance, driving business growth, and representing the company to stakeholders and partners. Additional responsibilities include fostering strong leadership within the organization, spearheading innovation, and ensuring the company remains at the forefront of market trends and industry development.

• Strong expertise in Finance and Business Planning to ensure sound financial management and strategic alignment with organizational goals
• Proven experience in Operations Management and Strategic Planning to drive efficiency and create long-term, sustainable growth strategies
• Exceptional skills in Sales and Strategic Planning to lead revenue generation and navigate competitive markets effectively
• Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills to manage diverse teams, build partnerships, and represent the company at the highest levels
• At least 10 years of executive-level management experience, preferably with a global organization
• Advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
