Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the company at a strategic level, drive long-term growth, maximize profitability, and act as the key link between the Board of Directors and the executive team.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute long-term and annual business strategies
- Drive company growth, revenue, and profitability
- Act as the main communication link between the Board, shareholders, and executive team
- Represent the company with government entities and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies and governance standards
- Oversee financial and operational performance and reporting
- Lead and guide the executive team effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering + Business Management
- 10+ years of experience in construction or contracting
- Strong leadership, financial, and communication skills
- Experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred
