The project:Mace is providing strategic project management consultancy for major new build stadiums, multiple stadium redevelopments and wider precinct transformations in Riyadh. The scope includes the delivery of new stadiums, increasing existing stadia capacity, delivering major mixed‑use amenities and introducing robust knowledge‑transfer to ensure operational excellence and long‑term sustainability beyond construction.
You’ll be responsible for:- Lead architectural design to concept stage, ensuring compliance with statutory, legal, and contractual requirements.
- Act as technical assurance manager, maintaining design principles through development and construction.
- Manage planning and building regulation applications and oversee design deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement and adopt best practice across processes.
- Build and manage strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and construction partners to achieve design excellence.
- Monitor outputs for quality, scope, and timely delivery, providing reporting and attending client workshops.
- Champion sustainability by supporting net zero carbon goals throughout project delivery.
- Degree qualification in the relevant subject essential.
- 15+ years’ postgraduate professional experience is essential.
- Stadium, Events or Sports venue experience is essential.
- Chartered or professional membership is an advantage.
