Overview
The Operations Quality Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of operational processes across the organization. This role is responsible for monitoring the implementation of approved policies and procedures, assessing compliance with quality standards, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to enhance operational performance. The position focuses on analyzing performance indicators, documenting operational procedures, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and addressing non-conformities to ensure operational sustainability and improved service outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning & Management
- Develop operational plans and departmental strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Set work priorities and define performance indicators to measure progress and achievement.
- Develop and enhance operational policies and procedures to ensure sustainable quality standards.
Oversight & Governance
- Supervise team leaders and monitor their performance to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure service quality and compliance with established standards.
- Review performance reports and recommend necessary improvements.
Team & Resource Management
- Lead, motivate, and develop team leaders and specialists.
- Allocate resources effectively to achieve operational goals.
- Address departmental challenges and provide root-cause solutions.
Process Development & Continuous Improvement
- Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement modern tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.
- Lead customer experience improvement initiatives and monitor satisfaction metrics.
- Identify and manage non-conformities and corrective actions.
Communication & Coordination
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure operational alignment and integration.
- Represent the department before senior management and relevant external stakeholders.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports highlighting achievements, challenges, and improvement plans.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations quality, process improvement, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of quality standards, internal audit processes, and compliance frameworks
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual meeting platforms.
- Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Ability to adapt to evolving work environments and effectively utilize digital tools.
- Strong understanding of quality auditing tools and procedures.
- Experience in designing and implementing quality KPIs and measuring customer satisfaction metrics.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
