Role Summary

The Senior Manager - Development will lead the transformation of Qiddiya into a premier entertainment hub. This role requires driving the successful completion of development projects with a focus on innovation, sustainability, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage development projects from concept to delivery.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to meet project objectives.

Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis for project initiatives.

Establish and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.

Foster relationships with stakeholders for smooth project execution.

Report on project progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, or Engineering.

9-12 years of experience in real estate development.

Experience in managing complex development projects.

Strong understanding of real estate markets and financing.

Exceptional leadership and mentoring skills.

Proficient in project management tools and software.
