  • Lead and manage the planning and operational workflow of Total Facilities Management (TFM) services.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Plan and schedule third-party activities in line with contractual scope and operational requirements.
  • Monitor project workflows and ensure all deliverables are completed according to contract timelines and KPIs.
  • Develop operational strategies and policies to improve service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee team productivity, address operational challenges, and ensure consistent service performance.
  • Maintain an effective Facilities Management strategy aligned with client objectives and asset management requirements.
  • Lead operational improvement initiatives and continuous service improvement programs.
  • Manage resource planning and organizational structure to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Conduct regular operational reviews and provide reports to management and client stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS), safety standards, and operational procedures.
  • Coordinate with clients and authorities to implement improvement initiatives across facilities operations.
  • Support inventory planning, forecasting, and operational resource requirements for the project.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 15–20 years of experience in Facilities Management or Operations Management.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale FM operations in complex environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Facilities Management practices, service delivery, and operational planning
    .
  • Experience working in aviation or airport operations environments is highly preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent client relationship management and stakeholder coordination skills.
  • Strong problem-solving, planning, and operational decision-making abilities.
  • Good command of English
    , with Arabic knowledge preferred
    .
