We are seeking a dedicated Car Rental Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

Oversee the daily maintenance activities of the car rental fleet, ensuring that all vehicles are serviced according to company standards and safety regulations.

Develop and implement maintenance schedules for the fleet, utilizing management software to track service history and predict future maintenance needs.

Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely repairs and maintenance of rental vehicles.

Conduct regular inspections of rental vehicles to assess their condition and address any issues promptly to maintain high safety standards.

Manage a team of technicians and mechanics, providing training and support to enhance their skills and ensure efficient workflow.

Analyze maintenance data and reports to identify trends, optimize maintenance processes, and reduce operational costs while maintaining service quality.

Prepare and manage the maintenance budget, ensuring all expenditures align with company financial goals and objectives.

Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with local and national regulations related to vehicle maintenance and safety.

Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring that all vehicles meet quality standards before rental, contributing to a positive rental experience.
