The Sr. Project Manager is responsible for the overall success, safety, and timely completion of a construction project. The Sr. Project Manager will plan and manage project construction activities and schedules and provide technical consultation to project teams, government agencies and clients. Requires 12-15 years of project management experience on large commercial construction projects ($50M+); knowledge of scheduling and organization techniques;
must possess excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills; must be authorized to work in the United States and have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance and willingness to work overseas. Requires an Engineering Bachelor’s degree as well as previous experience with OBO/Embassy and/or US Government overseas contracts.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and able to obtain a U.S. Security clearance (Secret Clearance required).
- Four (4) year technical or engineering degree (or equivalent advanced degree) plus extensive experience in the management of construction segments.
- Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and company operations required.
- Experience as a project manager on several different projects large in scale, cost, and complexity.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and analytical skills a necessity.
- Working knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations.
