Position: Branches Manager -Food & Beverage Retail |

Leverage your leadership and operational excellence to join a dynamic F&B company specializing in the coffee industry, based in Saudi Arabia. As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily branch operations, driving sales performance, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and maintaining brand standards across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth service delivery and full compliance with health, safety, and municipal regulations
  • Achieve sales targets and manage branch P&L, monitoring and controlling operational costs (labor, food, utilities, wastage)
  • Lead, train, schedule, and develop branch staff, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work culture
  • Ensure exceptional customer experience that reflects the brand's identity, monitoring and addressing customer feedback
  • Manage inventory levels proactively, conduct monthly counts, and ensure compliance with expiration dates
  • Implement in-branch marketing campaigns, promotions, and events in coordination with the marketing team
  • Ensure branch facilities and equipment are well-maintained, reporting and following up on repairs promptly
Qualifications &

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B or retail sector, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role within a coffee shop or café
  • Proven experience in the specialty coffee industry is a strong advantage
  • Strong leadership, delegation, and people-management skills
  • Excellent financial acumen with experience in P&L management, cost control, and inventory management
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office
  • Strong command of English;
    Arabic proficiency is highly preferred
