Lead the development and execution of integrated planning frameworks by leveraging advanced analytics and dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making, optimize performance, and ensure alignment with organizational strategy and operational priorities.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
  • Help develop and oversee the implementation of the function’s policies, procedures and controls covering all areas of activity, ensuring all relevant procedural/statutory requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results
  • Help direct change management through continuous improvement the function’s systems, processes and practices, proactively taking into account leading practices, changes in the business environment
  • Develop and implement relevant Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with other functions
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
  • Help to Manage the function’s budgeting cycle and provide input to the budgeting process
  • Contribute to managing the function effectively within budget, and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered
  • Help formulate initiatives that result in positive financial impact for the function and mitigate financial and operational risks
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
  • Help instill a culture of development, guidance and performance within the function
  • Guide, mentor and develop the relevant function team to take larger and more complex responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit key talent for the relevant function area
  • Provide clear top-down communication to employees and bottom-up feedback to top management
  • Set performance objectives, provide necessary support, evaluate/appraise direct reports, and provide regular feedback on performance
  • Establish a high-performance working environment within the function
FUNCTION ACCOUNTABILITY
  • Develop and manage comprehensive planning frameworks, including short-, medium-, and long-term plans aligned with organizational objectives and strategic priorities
  • Design, implement, and continuously enhance dashboards to provide real-time visibility on performance, key metrics, and strategic initiatives
  • Lead advanced analytics activities to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support forecasting, scenario planning, and decision-making processes
  • Establish and monitor KPIs and performance metrics, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and alignment with strategic targets
  • Consolidate data from multiple sources to develop integrated reports and analytics models that support business planning and performance management
  • Collaborate with digital and technology teams to enhance data infrastructure, reporting tools, and dashboard automation capabilities
  • Drive data governance and validation processes to ensure the integrity, reliability, and consistency of planning and reporting outputs
  • Support leadership with data-driven insights, executive presentations, and performance reports to facilitate informed strategic decisions
  • Identify risks, gaps, and performance deviations through analytics and dashboards, and recommend corrective actions and optimization initiatives
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within planning processes by embedding analytics-driven methodologies and best practices
  • Coordinate cross-functional planning cycles, ensuring alignment, integration, and timely submission of plans and performance updates

KEY EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS JOB REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION PREREQUISITES
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is required
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in Real Estate or in a related field, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial position
