Project Manager, IT Project Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

AlWatania Information Systems is seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive the successful completion of various IT and business projects. The Project Manager will coordinate project activities, manage resources, and ensure that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to lead cross‑functional teams effectively.

• Plan, execute, and close projects according to deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure resource availability and allocation.
• Develop project scopes, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Report and escalation to management as needed.
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Conduct project evaluations and identify lessons learned.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project management.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
• Relevant project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.
