Overview
The Director - Asset Management for the Qiddiya Performing Arts Center at Qiddiya Investment Company is responsible for overseeing the operational, financial, and strategic management of the Performing Arts Center asset. This role plays a key part in ensuring the center operates efficiently and delivers on its objectives as a world-class entertainment venue within the Qiddiya City development.
QPAC’s location and the competitive art and culture scene requires an experienced creative/commercial asset manager to extract value and drive financial performance.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an asset management strategy aligned with Qiddiya's overall vision and goals for the Performing Arts Center.
- Monitor and analyze the operational and financial performance of the venue to optimize profitability and patron satisfaction.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and capital expenditure planning to support asset sustainability and growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards applicable to entertainment facilities.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Strategy, Development, Marketing, and other Asset Management teams to drive synergies and cohesive planning.
- Implement ESG initiatives and maintain adherence to Qiddiya's environmental, social, and governance commitments.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations for executive management and the board on asset performance and strategic initiatives.
- Manage government cultural relationships and drive financial performance
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Arts Management, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
Strong knowledge of asset management principles and practices relating to entertainment or cultural venues.
ExperienceA minimum of 10 years’ experience in asset management, operations, or related roles within the entertainment, performing arts, or cultural sectors.
Proven track record in managing large-scale cultural programs and assets.
Excellent understanding of KSA’s art scene and ability to seek out program opportunities
Experience overseeing budgeting, financial analysis, and contract management.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams and external stakeholders.
Previous leadership and team management experience.
Experience in the MENA region is preferred.
