Job Description:

• Publish recruitment information, screen resumes, and arrange interview processes.
• Oversee the establishment and operational management of overseas warehouses, responsible for site selection, negotiations, leasing / construction, and daily management of overseas warehouses in target markets (Southeast Asia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia).
• Formulate overseas warehouse operation standards to ensure compliance with storage and distribution requirements for the company's aerial work platform control systems and components; optimize warehousing logistics costs, improve inventory turnover, and reduce slow-moving risks.
• Collaborate with international logistics, customs clearance, and local distribution service providers to ensure efficient flow of spare parts and equipment; familiarize with import policies of target markets (e.g., Saudi SASO certification, Mexican customs regulations, etc.) to ensure compliant operations; establish local warehousing management teams, train local staff, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Coordinate with the sales team to optimize local inventory strategies, shorten customer delivery cycles; handle emergency issues in overseas warehouses to guarantee business continuity.
• Undertake data analysis and optimization, regularly report and propose improvement plans; optimize inventory planning based on market sales data to reduce obsolete inventory.

Requirements:

• Junior college degree or above; proficiency in English for business communication; majors in logistics management, international trade, mechanical engineering or related fields are preferred.
• Over 3 years of experience in overseas warehouse/international logistics/supply chain management; familiar with warehousing, customs clearance and logistics operation modes in at least one target market (Southeast Asia/Mexico/Saudi Arabia); with team management ability to build and train local operation teams.
• Willing to accept long-term overseas assignment (over 6 months per trip, 8-10months of overseas work annually); free from family burdens, hardworking, andable to adapt to frequent cross border business trips.
• Familiar with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle); acquainted with relevant international/regional laws and regulations; experience in overseas warehouse establishment for Chinese enterprises is preferred; knowledge of aerial work platform or construction machinery industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in Arabic.
• Background in engineering machinery or auto parts industry.
