Senior Facility Operations & Vendor Manager

Job Description / Responsibility

• Candidates having Overseas experience in Facility Management Company in similar role will get preference.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Act as the primary point of contact for external service providers, secure quotes, and monitor service performance.
• Maintenance & Operations: Coordinate routine building repairs, ensure Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedules are followed, and oversee the general upkeep of the premises.
• Budget & Procurement: Manage inventory, order office supplies, raise purchase orders, and assist in reconciling invoices.
• Compliance & Safety: Conduct safety inspections, ensure building evacuations are up to date, and enforce strict adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Administrative Support: Serve as the first point of contact for facilities helpdesk requests, manage meeting room bookings, and maintain facilities documentation.

• Bachelor of Business Studies (BBS) in Business Administration
• Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering
• Skills Required:
