Luxury Hospitality - Cluster Commercial Director - Saudi Arabia (based in Riyadh) About the Opportunity

A globally recognised hospitality group is seeking a Cluster Commercial Director to lead the commercial strategy for luxury resorts in Saudi Arabia, both already operating successfully and preparing to open soon.

This is a rare opportunity to join one of the world’s most respected luxury lifestyle and wellness brands during a major growth phase in the Kingdom’s tourism sector.

The role will oversee the full commercial agenda across the properties, including sales, marketing, revenue management, brand positioning, digital, communications, partnerships and overall commercial performance.

The successful candidate will play a key role in driving revenue growth, strengthening market positioning, developing the commercial structure and supporting the launch strategy of the upcoming property.

The resorts are positioned within Saudi Arabia’s most ambitious luxury tourism destinations, combining ultra-luxury hospitality, wellness, sustainability and experience-led travel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the overall commercial strategy across both properties
  • Drive revenue growth, market share and premium positioning
  • Oversee sales, marketing, communications, digital and revenue management
  • Develop pricing and distribution strategies
  • Strengthen relationships with luxury travel trade and key partners
  • Support the launch and positioning of the upcoming resort
  • Develop and mentor high-performing commercial teams
  • Analyse market trends, customer behaviour and competitor activity
  • Ensure strong collaboration across operations and commercial functions
  • Present commercial performance and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
Requirements
  • Significant experience in senior commercial leadership within luxury hospitality
  • Background in sales, marketing or commercial strategy roles
  • Experience working with luxury leisure and high‑end travel markets
  • Strong understanding of revenue management, pricing and distribution
  • Proven ability to lead teams and improve commercial performance
  • Experience supporting hotel openings or repositioning projects is highly advantageous
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate strategically while remaining hands‑on
