- Manage daily operations and ensure workflow efficiency.
- Prepare and monitor the operations and maintenance budget.
- Lead, develop, and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate with technical departments and related parties to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Prepare operational reports and provide recommendations to senior management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in operations and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Knowledge of operations, maintenance, and budget management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate and manage teams effectively.
- Proficiency in operational systems and technologies.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
