Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the execution of major construction projects from planning through completion
- Define project strategies, objectives and execution frameworks
- Ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and according to contractual obligations
- Monitor overall project performance, risk management and operational efficiency
- Manage relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders
- Oversee project budgets, forecasts, claims and commercial performance
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE regulations and company policies
- Provide leadership and direction to project managers, construction managers and project teams
- Review and approve major project plans, schedules, procurement strategies and staffing plans
- Support dispute resolution, contractual negotiations and variation management
- Conduct executive progress reviews and provide reports to senior leadership
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project operations and delivery
- Ensure successful project close-out, handover and client satisfaction
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of experience in project management and construction leadership roles.
- Mandatory experience managing construction projects in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven experience managing large-scale and high-value construction projects.
- Strong expertise in project execution, commercial management and strategic planning.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong understanding of Saudi construction regulations, contracts, claims management and risk mitigation.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project and project management systems.
