Responsibilities
- Understand the productivity report and guide associates on floor
- Understand the daily targets and basic level allocation of work
- Monitor CPP for assigned area and flag deviations to the supervisor
- Raise floor issues to the line manager promptly
- Track and monitor individual staff productivity and support benchmark achievement
- Coordinate with other supervisors to cross-utilize associates across processes
- Ensure floor area is clean, tidy, and compliant with safety standards
- Individual daily productivity vs benchmark
- Attendance clearing accuracy and timeliness
- SLA adherence for the assigned activity
- Basic level data entry and tracking
- Process adherence and SOP compliance
- Basic supervisory and coordination skills
- Safety consciousness
