• Provide strategic leadership to clients and stakeholders across all key project matters.
• Champion safety, wellbeing, and inclusivity, embedding compliance and care across all phases.
• Drive governance, performance management, and reporting while promoting sustainable practices.
• Lead delivery from project inception and briefing through design development, planning, procurement, and construction.
• Ensure successful delivery of key assignments and defined business areas aligned to overall vision and milestones.
• Oversee budgets, risks, and sequencing to optimize programme outcomes.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop teams to enable collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Embed innovation, sustainability, and service excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

• Degree qualification with relevant technical expertise in infrastructure and master planning.
• Proven experience in Dubai with strong knowledge of RTA, TIS, and infrastructure systems.
• Strong understanding of strategic project planning, master planning, and infrastructure delivery.
• Substantial consultancy‑sector experience delivering projects and programmes across infrastructure disciplines.
• Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, commercial acumen, and risk management capability.
