Senior Manager - Delivery - Commercial Office

Position Summary

The Senior Manager - Delivery - Commercial Office will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of commercial projects and initiatives within Qiddiya Investment Company. This role demands strong leadership to ensure that all commercial activities are executed efficiently, meeting time, budget, and quality standards while supporting the broader strategic objectives of the organization.

• Lead, plan and manage the delivery of commercial projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, resource allocation and budgets to meet delivery targets.
• Coordinate closely with commercial, legal, procurement, finance and other internal teams to optimize project execution.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards, health, safety and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project performance metrics and prepare regular status reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Identify, assess and proactively manage risks and issues impacting commercial project delivery.
• Drive continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and achieve operational excellence.
• Foster collaborative team environments through effective leadership, coaching and development of team members.
• Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants and contractors as applicable.
• Support the commercial office in contract administration, negotiations and compliance activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Commerce or related fields.
• Postgraduate qualifications or certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2, Agile) highly desirable.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in project delivery within commercial or related sectors, preferably in large‑scale complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing scope, schedule, budget and quality requirements.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contract management, procurement processes and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multidisciplinary teams and driving a high‑performance culture.
• Highly developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera or similar).
• Results‑oriented, proactive and capable of making sound decisions under pressure.
• Fluency in English;
  Arabic language skills are an advantage.
