JASARA PMC is currently seeking a Senior Project Manager - Fit Out to lead and manage fit‑out projects from conception through to completion. This role requires a seasoned professional with extensive experience coordinating fit‑out works, ensuring the delivery of high‑quality interiors that meet client specifications and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of fit‑out projects including scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement.
- Lead the coordination between clients, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage risks and resolve issues promptly to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
- Conduct regular site inspections and meetings to track progress and address any challenges.
- Prepare and present detailed project reports and updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure all fit‑out activities comply with contractual requirements, health and safety guidelines, and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and enhance project delivery efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years focused on fit‑out projects.
- Proven experience managing complex fit‑out projects in commercial, residential, or hospitality sectors.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of fit‑out construction methods, materials, and finishes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with project management software and tools.
- Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and procurement processes effectively.
- Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations related to fit‑out works.
