RSNF Asset Property Management and Training Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored training programs, conduct assessments, and offer expert advice to enhance asset utilization and lifecycle management specifically within the logistics domain.
• Develop customized training modules focused on logistics‑centric asset management principles, strategies, and procedures aligned with RSNF's operational requirements.
• Assess current logistics asset management processes to identify opportunities for improvement, streamline logistics operations, enhance supply chain efficiency, and reduce costs.
• Provide expert guidance and advisory support to RSNF personnel on logistics‑specific asset management best practices, including inventory management, transportation optimization, and warehouse operations.
• Collaborate closely with logistics teams and other stakeholders to integrate asset management strategies into logistical planning and execution processes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of logistics asset management training programs and recommend enhancements to ensure alignment with organizational goals and industry standards.
• Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, logistics, and asset management best practices to continuously improve training content and methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree with 5–8 years experience and a minimum of four (4) years of direct military experience in the associated functional tasks, OR ten (10) years of combined military and civilian experience in the associated functional tasks.
• Professional knowledge of Navy management theories, policies, principles, procedures, and techniques.
