Senior Manager - Strategic Development

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic development plans aligned with Qiddiya’s corporate objectives and vision.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless coordination and execution of development projects.
• Conduct market research, feasibility studies, and risk assessments to inform strategic decision‑making.
• Engage and manage relationships with internal stakeholders, government entities, and external partners to facilitate project success.
• Oversee the monitoring and reporting of project progress, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and growth within the development portfolio.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams to foster a culture of excellence and innovation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Urban Planning, Engineering, or a related field;
  Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8–12 years of experience in strategic development, real estate, or project management roles.
• Proven experience in leading complex development projects from strategy through execution.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
