• Deliver cost management services across all project phases and multiple sectors
• Lead assigned cost management disciplines using advanced technical expertise to support project decisions
• Prepare feasibility studies and advise on procurement strategies and contract selection
• Apply value management techniques to improve cost efficiency and project outcomes
• Manage estimating and cost planning activities and present final cost plans to stakeholders
• Oversee preparation and execution of contract documentation in line with governance requirements
• Maintain effective cost control throughout the contract lifecycle, including monthly cost reporting
• Evaluate contractor claims, assess design change impacts, and manage commercial risk
• Mentor and support cost consultants, contributing to team development and capability growth

• Degree in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent discipline
• Professional membership such as MRICS or an equivalent recognized qualification
• Essential experience working in the Middle East on large-scale infrastructure or aviation projects
• Strong understanding of procurement strategies, contract administration, and cost control
• Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate complex commercial information
• Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills
