Key Responsibilities- Manage and execute expansion plans, including site identification, feasibility analysis, and lease negotiations for new retail locations.
- Conduct market evaluations, competitor studies, and identify business opportunities to support national and regional growth programs.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, ensuring timely delivery within budget and effective coordination across internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor project KPIs, prepare performance reports, and ensure compliance with regulatory, legal, and contractual requirements.
- Develop policies, processes, and improvement plans to enhance profitability and operational productivity.
- Guide local teams on retail innovations, best practices, and strategic development initiatives.
- Manage contractor and consultant selection, oversee contract adherence, and lead risk assessments for project delivery.
- Mentor talent, manage performance cycles, and support continuous capability development within the team.
- Prepare periodic business reports while maintaining governance, compliance, and alignment with corporate standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field;
Master's degree preferred. - Minimum 8 years of experience in business development or related management roles, with at least 4 years in retail or a closely aligned sector.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex retail expansion projects.
- Strong negotiation abilities for lease agreements, vendor management, and commercial contracts.
