• Develop and implement a comprehensive risk management framework for transport initiatives.
• Lead structured risk identification workshops across engineering, procurement, construction and operations.
• Evaluate strategic, portfolio and project risks affecting major infrastructure delivery.
• Support senior leadership in managing risks across multi‑modal transport interfaces.
• Lead risk governance, including risk committees and escalation processes.
• Provide regular risk reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
• Oversee quantitative risk assessments for cost and schedule impacts.
• Support contingency planning and budget allocation based on exposure.
• Collaborate with commercial teams on risk transfer and contractual alignment.
• Review risk registers and identify candidates for contractual risk transfer.
• Align practices with consultants and contractors during execution.
• Develop and track mitigation plans for high‑priority risks.
• Lead emergency response planning for high‑impact scenarios.
• Promote a proactive risk culture with training and awareness programmes.
• Advise leadership on emerging risks, geopolitical factors and macro‑economic conditions.
• Support scenario planning and strategic decision‑making.
• Lead adoption of digital risk management platforms and AI‑driven analytics.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Risk Management or Project Management.
• Master’s degree preferred in risk management or infrastructure project management.
• 10years of experience in risk management, including 5years in leadership.
• Experience with rail, tunneling and major transport projects.
• Strong stakeholder management across multi‑contract environments.
• Proficient with ARM and risk tools such as Primavera Risk Analysis.
• Professional certifications such as PMI‑RMP, IRM, ISO
  31000, PMP or PRINCE

• HSE certifications such as NEBOSH or IOSH are advantageous.
