Delivery Manager - Commercial Office

The Delivery Manager will coordinate with various stakeholders and internal teams to drive project success while aligning with Qiddiya s overall development goals.

• Manage the planning, execution, and delivery phases of commercial office projects.
• Coordinate between design, construction, procurement, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth project implementation.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules and address challenges proactively.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies to maintain project alignment and resolve issues.
• Prepare regular project status reports and communicate updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Promote best practices in project delivery and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in project delivery or construction management, preferably in commercial office developments.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management methodologies, and quality control.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
