Warehouse Manager

Job Overview

A reputable warehouse in Riyadh is seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing a warehouse team.

• Manage and oversee all aspects of the warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping goods.
• Develop and implement efficient processes to improve productivity and reduce costs.
• Train, supervise, and schedule warehouse staff to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits.
• Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Communicate regularly with other departments to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues that may arise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English;
  Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and systems.
• Proven ability to develop efficient processes to improve productivity.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Salary: $1,600 per month based on experience.
