• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of projects covering technical, financial, and administrative functions
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and profitability targets
• Oversee invoicing, billing processes, and financial tracking including accounts receivable and payable
• Establish and implement project management, safety, and quality plans
• Define project requirements and ensure deliverables meet established standards
• Assign responsibilities to team members based on expertise and monitor performance
• Manage scope changes and negotiate adjustments with clients and subcontractors
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Identify opportunities for additional work and support business development initiatives
• Develop staffing plans and support career development of team members
• Monitor project progress, milestones, and risks, implementing corrective actions where required
• Lead regular project review meetings and ensure alignment across teams

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical or business field
• Minimum 12 years of experience in project management roles
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering and construction industry practices
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and project risks
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead complex projects and deliver results under pressure
