Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the environmental consultancy team.
- Develop and implement strategies to acquire new projects and clients.
- Negotiate contracts and manage client relationships.
- Ensure high-quality project delivery and compliance with environmental regulations.
- Minimum 12 years of proven experience in environmental consulting.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Demonstrated success in business development and sales.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science/Engineering (Master’s is a plus).
- Fluent in English;
