Service Manager

As a strong Service Manager you will be accountable for driving operational excellence throughout your responsible depot(s) and on-site activities, leading best in class service to our customer base. You will ensure maximum availability of our equipment utilizing high quality maintenance procedures and financial acumen in line with Aggreko policies and procedures.

• Manage the depot service team to achieve forecasted goals and effectively manage P&L related responsibilities while implementing cost control measures within published guidelines and authority levels.
• Provide Power, Temperature control, and ancillaries to support KSA and other Middle Eastern regions as when required.
• Active involvement and leading the management of CDH GSCS Audits and PAV physical asset verification of the depot by carrying out regular inspections and supporting as applicable.
• Drive preset global operational directives and carry out monthly cost analysis in line with the depot’s target.
• Set KPIs.
• Conduct induction, performance appraisal, development, and training of direct reports, and supply technical support to the clients and internal teams where applicable.

• Must have experience previously in rental business and at supervisory level.
• Higher education qualification in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent qualifications with extensive knowledge and experience in mechanical or electrical field and/or power generation.
• Possession of valid local Driving License as per the need of the business and the ability to travel as and when required.
• Fluent command of English language, spoken and written, with effective communication.
• Good computer literacy skills and extensive experience using Microsoft Office. Must be able to read/write documentation, soft reporting & analysis.
• Capable of working under your own initiative. Quality oriented with attention to details and capable of working to deadlines.
• Proficient in team building and setting goals and/or KPIs for your team, with active monitoring and ensuring completion of all set goals.
