• Lead and manage large cost management teams, driving strategic objectives and continuous improvement
• Advise on procurement strategies, contract selection, and commercial approaches aligned with project goals
• Provide expert value management input during project initiation and early design stages
• Develop, own, and present detailed cost plans and financial forecasts
• Manage full procurement lifecycle including prequalification, tendering, evaluation, and contract preparation
• Build strong client, consultant, and contractor relationships to support successful delivery
• Oversee preparation and control of contract documentation, warranties, bonds, and licenses
• Deliver cost control, manage valuations, variations, claims, and final accounts
• Lead financial reporting, commercial risk management, and cost assurance activities

• Degree qualification in quantity surveying, cost management, or equivalent
• Professional membership such as MRICS or an equivalent recognized body
• Essential experience working in the Middle East on large‑scale infrastructure or aviation projects
• Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, contract administration, and commercial management
• Proven leadership capability with experience managing teams and complex stakeholder environments
• Excellent communication, reporting, and commercial negotiation skills
