Responsibilities
- Supervise employees and field technicians and monitor their performance
- Assign daily tasks to technical teams based on work requirements
- Monitor daily operations and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Prepare and submit daily reports to management
- Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Follow up on field issues and ensure they are resolved efficiently
- Saudi nationality.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good organizational and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
- Previous experience in telecommunications or construction is preferred.
