• Develop, manage, and maintain project reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs aligned with project governance requirements
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and executive-level reports covering schedule, cost, progress, risks, and issues
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity of reporting across all project disciplines and packages
• Coordinate with planning and project controls teams to capture progress updates and schedule performance
• Track milestones, critical paths, and key deliverables across airside, landside, terminal, and systems scopes
• Analyze schedule variances and highlight potential impacts on project timelines
• Support cost control and commercial teams in consolidating cost data, forecasts, cash flow, and financial reports
• Track budget utilization, commitments, variations, and overall financial performance
• Provide clear visibility of cost trends, risks, and potential overruns to project leadership
• Collect, validate, and consolidate data from contractors, consultants, and internal teams
• Ensure data integrity, version control, and consistency across reporting tools and platforms
• Integrate schedule, cost, risk, and progress data into unified management reports
• Maintain logs for project risks, issues, and change requests
• Track mitigation actions and highlight high-priority risks impacting project objectives
• Support change management reporting, including impact assessments and approval tracking
• Prepare executive summaries and presentations for senior management, steering committees, and external stakeholders
• Translate complex project data into clear, concise insights for leadership decision-making
• Act as the primary interface between project teams and leadership on reporting matters
• Ensure reporting aligns with contractual requirements, client standards, and governance frameworks
• Support audits and management reviews with accurate, traceable reporting
• Continuously improve reporting processes, templates, and methodologies
• Lead and coordinate reporting analysts or project controls resources where applicable
• Promote standardization of reporting formats and methodologies across the project
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation, dashboards, and digital tools
• Enhance data visualization using Power BI, dashboards, or similar platforms

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in project reporting, project controls, or management information systems
• Proven experience on large infrastructure, airport, or aviation-related projects
• Strong understanding of project controls, planning, and performance reporting
• Extensive experience with schedule, cost, and progress reporting in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Excel, Power BI, and reporting tools
• Strong data analysis and visualization capability
• High attention to detail with the ability to manage large volumes of complex data
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in airport or airfield construction projects is highly preferred
• Knowledge of risk management and change control processes
• Ability to manage multiple reporting cycles under tight deadlines
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
