Oversee and manage rope access operations ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with relevant standards and regulations guaranteeing zero-harm. Conduct thorough pre-job briefings, hazard assessments and method statements emphasizing proactive risk mitigation and fostering a safety-first culture. Supervise rope access technicians, providing guidance, training and performance evaluations, nurturing a team of skilled and motivated professionals. Inspect and maintain rope access equipment including ropes, harnesses and anchors, ensuring all gear is in optimal condition and fit for purpose.
Operationsand Project Management
Full engineering and field supervision of the project lifecycle. Strategic project planning, schedule management and guidance of work teams to ensure the highest efficiency in execution. Management of project operating budgets and ensuring targeted profitability. Monitoring daily progress rates and comparing them to the schedule to ensure on-time delivery.
Qualifications- Possesses a relevant IRATA or SPRAT certification with demonstrable experience in rope access.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the rope access industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, showcasing progressive career growth.
- Demonstrates exceptional leadership and communication skills, effectively guiding and motivating teams.
- Strong understanding of rope access techniques, equipment, and safety regulations, ensuring ability to read and analyze engineering drawings and provide field technical solutions.
