This role involves managing design coordination, ensuring compliance with governance standards, and driving operational excellence across multiple work streams. • Coordinate activities to deliver key elements of the annual business plan within set timelines and budgets.
• Guide and manage daily operations of design teams across multiple project phases.
• Ensure design briefs and stakeholder requirements are met and maintained.
• Provide operational support to deployed design management resources to ensure aligned outputs.
• Collect, analyse, and present KPIs and performance data to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to work‑winning efforts.
• Ensure adherence to project governance and management systems throughout all lifecycle stages.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain integrated deliverables.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging best practices and internal knowledge networks.
• Contribute actively to sustainability and carbon reduction initiatives across project delivery.

• Degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
• Relevant professional membership (RIBA, CIOB, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience in managing design during the construction delivery phase of large projects.
• Strong knowledge of governance processes, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation.
• Previous experience in the Middle East with client approval requirements for Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to manage complex, high‑value developments within a consultancy framework.
