E-PMO Portfolio Senior Manager

• Prepare, issue and maintain project reporting for E-PMO.
• Develop and maintain core databases for E-PMO.
• Validate data and uphold the quality of data through review / coordination with data source owners.
• Manage E-PMO share points (both internal / external).
• Maintain repository of portfolio documents / records.
• Support E-PMO communications, including maintaining E-PMO updates on SAB Intranets and supporting PMO materials / templates.
• Track approved budgets vs. actuals vs. forecast. Flag scope creep and unapproved budget pressure.
• Maintain benefits register and realization milestones.
• Monitor, review updates to enable effective report progress for designated programme milestones to provide visibility and enable proactive management.
• Track corrective actions to maximize program value and mitigate adverse effects.
• Promote adherence to best practice governance models and standardized tools for risk logs, change control, and resource requests to enhance programme control and consistency.
• Implement defined standards and processes across all transformation initiatives to ensure compliance and operational excellence.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or related field required.
• PMP, Agile certifications are preferred
• Agile certifications (Scrum Master, SAFe) preferred
• PRINCE2 certification advantageous
• 6 - 8 years of relevant experience in project management
