About the position:We are searching General Manager to head our office with the focus on the development and sales (IT distribution, VAD & Solution and Consumer Electronics).
Key functions:- Taking the lead in business planning and promoting growth strategies on all levels (partnerships, financial results, internal operations, learning & development);
- Building company image by collaborating with customers, partners, vendors, government, community organizations, and employees; enforcing best ethical business practices;
- Fostering a positive company culture;
- Increasing management's effectiveness by attracting, hiring, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities with purpose of continuous development of functional competencies;
- Providing guidance and coaching to line managers and staff in the direction of reaching business objectives and developing professional competencies;
- Building and managing budgets;
- Overseeing management staff that look after the day to day operations;
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards;
- Evaluating performance and productivity;
- 5+ years’ experience in business development leadership roles within IT field (distribution companies, vendors, system integration) or consumer electronics field;
- Skilled and well experienced in commercial or general lead of Sales;
- Business acumen; solid knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, sales, operations etc.) focusing on results, teamwork, leadership, stress resistance, proactivity;
- Proven record in managing and coaching people on an individual basis and in a team environment;
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to engage, connect, and build consensus across a broad range of audiences;
- Well‑structured thinking, having a good balance between micro and macro view;
- Good decision maker, flexible and able to adapt to work in a fast‑paced style environment;
- Demonstrates high ethical standards, integrity and commitment in all business and commercial dealings;
- Strategic thinker and creative problem solver;
- Readiness to be responsible for the results;
- Good level of English language.
