Key Responsibilities
* Lead the full lifecycle of event projects, from conception to execution and post-event analysis.
* Manage client relationships, ensuring their vision and brand objectives are met.
* Oversee budget management, resource allocation, and timeline adherence for multiple projects.
* Coordinate with creative, production, and technical teams to ensure seamless delivery.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring successful and on-time project completion.
* Ensure all events comply with safety regulations and company standards.## Requirements
* Proven experience (5+ years) in event management or project management, preferably in an agency setting.
* Strong understanding of brand activation, experiential marketing, and disruptive technologies.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Event Management, or a related field.
