Senior Project Controls Manager

This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia. Manages and coordinates a range of PMO and Project Controls services to support designated projects within the PMO and Planning Centre of Excellence.

• Manage PMO and Project Controls performance on assigned commissions under senior guidance.
• Implement frameworks and strategies to strengthen PMO and Project Controls delivery.
• Build trusted client and stakeholder relationships, fostering collaboration and confidence.
• Contribute to monthly reporting and performance reviews, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
• Recommend and develop methodologies, including Earned Value Management, to enhance outcomes.
• Integrate risk management and planning disciplines across PMO activities.
• Align all PMO and Project Controls activity with Mace Control Centre standards, client needs, and legislation.
• Provide technical expertise while supporting Mace’s net zero carbon transition.

• 7–15 years’ PMO or programme controls experience, delivering discipline excellence.
• Proven leadership of teams, with strong analytical and problem‑solving capability.
• Technical expertise in PMO/controls disciplines, supported by professional qualifications.
• Effective communicator, detail‑focused, adaptable, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
