General Manager

Job Summary

The General Manager will oversee daily operations, drive strategic initiatives, and lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives. This role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a hands-on approach to continuous improvement and customer excellence.

• Provide strategic direction and translate business goals into actionable plans
• Lead, mentor, and develop department heads to maximize performance and engagement
• Oversee P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control to ensure financial targets are met
• Drive operational excellence, process improvements, and efficiency initiatives across the organization
• Foster a customer-centric culture with a focus on service quality and satisfaction
• Collaborate with stakeholders to launch new products or services and expand market presence
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies; uphold safety and ethical standards

15 years of experience in software and Tech industry

• Proven track record in general management, operations, or a related leadership role
• Strong financial literacy and experience with budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management
• Excellent people management, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive results in a fast-paced environment

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
