Position: Require a Branch Manager

Lead Daily Operations

  • Manage all aspects of branch operations and ensure everything runs efficiently.
  • Maintain brand standards, portion control, and consistency across all menu items.
  • Ensure excellent service standards and operational excellence at all times.
Build and Lead a High-Performing Team
  • Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members.
  • Create a positive, customer-focused work environment.
  • Provide ongoing support and development opportunities to help employees reach their full potential.
  • Foster teamwork, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences
  • Ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively.
  • Implement initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty.
Manage Inventory and Resources
  • Oversee daily inventory and stock levels.
  • Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and maintain accurate inventory records.
  • Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
Oversee Delivery Operations
  • Monitor and optimize performance on delivery platforms such as Hunger Station, The Chefz, and other digital channels.
  • Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
  • Work to improve online customer ratings and overall delivery performance.
Drive Business Performance
  • Monitor branch performance, sales, and profitability.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare operational reports and manage staff schedules effectively.
  • Implement strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Maintain Food Safety Standards
  • Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene regulations including HACCP standards.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
  • Promote best practices in food handling and workplace safety.
Requirements
  • Minimum2 years of experience as a
    Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, or F&B Operations Manager
    .
  • Experience in the
    Food & Beverage, Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR), Hospitality, or Retail industry
    .
  • Basic knowledge of
    Food Safety and Hygiene standards (HACCP).
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional fluency in
    English
