Lead Daily Operations
- Manage all aspects of branch operations and ensure everything runs efficiently.
- Maintain brand standards, portion control, and consistency across all menu items.
- Ensure excellent service standards and operational excellence at all times.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate team members.
- Create a positive, customer-focused work environment.
- Provide ongoing support and development opportunities to help employees reach their full potential.
- Foster teamwork, accountability, and a culture of excellence.
- Ensure every customer receives exceptional service.
- Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues effectively.
- Implement initiatives that improve customer satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Oversee daily inventory and stock levels.
- Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) practices and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Minimize waste and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Monitor and optimize performance on delivery platforms such as Hunger Station, The Chefz, and other digital channels.
- Ensure orders are prepared accurately and delivered on time.
- Work to improve online customer ratings and overall delivery performance.
- Monitor branch performance, sales, and profitability.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare operational reports and manage staff schedules effectively.
- Implement strategies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with Food Safety and Hygiene regulations including HACCP standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment.
- Promote best practices in food handling and workplace safety.
- Minimum2 years of experience as a
Branch Manager, Restaurant Manager, Store Manager, or F&B Operations Manager
. - Experience in the
Food & Beverage, Quick-Service Restaurant (QSR), Hospitality, or Retail industry
. - Basic knowledge of
Food Safety and Hygiene standards (HACCP). - Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience monitoring KPIs and operational performance metrics.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Professional fluency in
English
